As some of you may have noticed its been a while since I last posted. Things have been very, very hectic - I had a big party to organise and cook for, and dealing with my eldest son's behaviour has been challenging to say the least...
Finally though I have found enough time to start on a new piece! I had originally planned on making a male figure, but as sometimes happens the clay seemed to have a mind of its own, and what eventually emerged was a rather scary female vampire.... and she has already managed to draw blood - while sculpting a knife fell off one of my shelves and cut my finger, oddly its the only time that I have managed so far to cut myself while sculpting!
